Paul Minelle
AN ENTREPRENEURIAL and INTERNATIONAL CAREER

His roots in the Champagne region, Paul pursued business administration studies in Angers and Paris, and then received an early exposure to North-American business culture and the executive mindset.
Following his graduation from ESSCA, he was fascinated by Canada for a year while carrying out market research and business opportunities for the CFCE (French foreign commercial service).
In 1970, he began an international career with the chemical company of ELF-ATOCHEM, while studying at the same time at the International Institute of Commerce (ICI). Initially managing the Middle East, Africa and Asia, he then becomes in 1977 the Director of Global Worldwide Exports. In 1984, he is promoted to Managing Director of ‘Polimeros de Mexico' which is jointly held by Elf and Hoechst AG. For three years, he is expatriated to Mexico with his family and four children. He carries out restructurings and an acquisition from Monsanto.
In 1987, he leaves for Singapore, as Director Industries and Commerce ELF-ATOCHEM - South East Asia. However, just before the family moving container leaves the Port of Vera Cruz, he is nominated to the International Management Board of the Group.
He undertakes the CPA (now Executive MBA of HEC) and in 1988 joins the Professional Search Firm for Senior Management LEADERS TRUST INTERNATIONAL. In 1989, PROUDFOOT CONSULTING bestows on him the vice presidency for France, Belgium and Switzerland. For seven years, he sells and implements productivity concepts and change management, while skillfully navigating amongst executives and steering committees, absorbing business psychology and decision-making processes.
From 1996 through 1999 Paul manages the activities of “barter - compensation” in France for New York-based Atwood Richards Inc.
In 1999, he joins the HR Consulting firm Right - LM&P, an organization delivering career transition services to senior executives. In 2003 he is nominated to take charge of the newly created Key Executive Services at Right Garon Bonvalot, until December 2005. During these years, Paul is personally responsible for close to 300 key executive individual counseling programs, and actively develops the career transition concept. Going beyond the sometimes uncomfortable term ‘Outplacement’, he renews the process of reflection, enriching the elaboration of personal and professional pathways.
In January 2006, he creates Cibles & Réseaux Dirigeants, a consulting firm for key executives to accompany them in their professional evolution, especially in complex environments and situations.
With great passion, Paul stays true to a high-level peer-to-peer interactive style. His personalized counsel enriches and stimulates a deep-down questioning by key executives on their role and their contribution vis-à-vis current demands on the company and those on the horizon.
